We don’t believe in randomly assigning you to a therapist. The right fit matters—and it directly impacts how effective therapy will be.

When you reach out, we take the time to understand your concerns, goals, preferences, and what you’re looking for in a therapist. From there, we thoughtfully match you with a clinician who has specific training and experience in your area of need.

This may include matching based on:

  • Your concerns (trauma, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, etc.)
  • Therapeutic approach (CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT, etc.)
  • Personality and communication style
  • Preferences around identity, relationship structure, or lived experience

To make this process easier, we provide access to a platform that allows you to easily submit superbills for potential reimbursement—reducing the stress of navigating out-of-network benefits on your own.
